We sell both New and Used (Government Surplus) stock on our website. WE do endeavour to be very clear in what you are buying.

Government Surplus.
We do check that all our Surplus stock is in good serviceable condition . The actual condition varies between item to item. Some items might have been patched or mended – occasionally a button might need re – stitched or replaced. By buying Government Surplus from us you need to accept these minor blemishes or needed repairs and we are not prepared to accept returns for these reasons.

Please be aware that some of our Government Surplus clothing and equipment has actually been used in the field.

Payment
We accept Paypal or you may choose to make a phone payment, which you can be made by any major debit or credit card.

Mon to Sat 9.30 to 5.00

Delivery
Orders are usually dispatched within a few days of receipt. It may take a little longer during the busy periods. Phone us if you have a must delivered by' date. Please include your phone number with your order so that if an item is out of stock, we can contact you in case of any delay.

Isle of Man
We offer a free delivery service throughout the Isle of Man.

UK Mainland
We offer a free delivery service throughout the UK mainland for all orders over £75.00 and charge £4.95 (delivery charge) for all orders under £75.00.

UK- Highlands and Islands
We charge £15.00 for delivery to Scottish Highlands and Islands - But Please Note: if we manage to send your order for less we will refund you the difference.

UK Northern Island
We charge £15.00 for delivery to Northern Ireland - But Please Note: if we manage to send your order for less we will refund you the difference.

Southern Ireland
We charge £25.00 for delivery to Southern Ireland - But Please Note: if we manage to send your order for less we will refund you the difference.

Jersey & Guernsey
We charge £25.00 for delivery to Jersey & Guernsey - But Please Note: if we manage to send your order for less we will refund you the difference.

Europe
We charge £50.00 for delivery to Europe - But Please Note: if we manage to send your order for less we will refund you the difference.

America & Canada
We charge £75.00 for delivery to America & Canada - But Please Note: if we manage to send your order for less we will refund you the difference.

We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours and use a 2/3 day service for most of our shipping.

We advise our customers to allow a minimum of 7 days for delivery but on some extreme cases delivery might take up to 28 days.

Please contact us after ordering (or use the special instructions box during ordering) if you have any special delivery needs.

Please Note: We have tried our best to offer a fair shipping rate for all our customers but reserve the right to re-evaluate our shipping / postage charge on an order to order basis.
